the Christmas season

It's the most wonderful time of the year....
JOY to the world, the LORD has come....let earth, receive her KING!
My Dad is always the one to light the Christmas tree. He strung white lights on our LOWES tree last night, so today we began decorating it.
My Mom especially likes the mirror branches that we put on.
So now ~ it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...... :-)

Our Family

         

 Hi my name is Ben Wisley, I am the writer and founder ,if you will, of this blog. I am fourteen years old, I love baseball and play for a local team here in Kentucky. Me and most of my family are followers of Christ. I have three brothers and four sisters. As you will learn I have a lot of family members. Just to clear this up, this picture of me is three years old.

              

          This is my dad, Mike Wisley, he is the father of eight kids; four boys and four girls. He works at Indiana Wesleyan University and teaches accounting. He loves watching football and his favorite team is the Chicago Bears. He likes baseball too and his favorite team is the New York Yankees.

 My mom. She is a stay at home mom and has been homeschooling her children for, I think, 28 years now. She also breeds Goldendoodle puppies. You can go to her website www.doodles2love.com. She is the greatest!

 

This is my oldest sister Jessica and her family. She is married to Adam Shephard and has two children, Eliana Zalyn Mae Shephard and Marek Zion Shephard. Adam served our country as a Marine and is now a trainer for a workout gym. Jessica is a stay at home mom and is also a gardener. Elle is four years old and share's the same birthday as me. Marek is 2 years old and has a adorable smile.

This is my sister Alison and her wonderful family. They live by the beach as you can see. Aaron Denton works as a landscape architect. Alison is a stay at home mom with a three year old son Nolan Gray Denton and a little less than a year old baby, London Brielle Denton. Nolan is a sand digger :) and London is a fashion model.

My brother Jud is a load master for the Air National Guard. He is my oldest brother and is currently deployed so please pray for him. He has an amazing bull mastiff dog named Sophie. She is a huge lapdog.

 
My brother Joel. Joel is a worship minister for a church in Ohio. He also works at Chik-fil-a. He is married to Chelsea Wisley. Chelsea sings with him at the church. Their one year anniversary is coming up this October.

 

My brother Luke is a music pastor at a church here in Kentucky. He is 21 years old and play's the guitar. He loves the band Switchfoot almost as much as he loves playing guitar.

           Angela is nineteen years old and is a babysitter. She is also a photographer on the side and    does weddings, senior pictures, and family pictures. You can go to her website,  www.angelawisley.smugmug.com.

Cheri is the youngest of my sister. She is sixteen years old and love's swimming so much that she became a swim instructor at the pool near where we live.  She is working to get her drivers license and she wants to become a nurse.

And last is my Gramma. She past away 2 years ago. She gave us so much love and happiness. She served the Lord all the way till the end and is now rejoicing in Heaven with her husband and the Lord. She was the greatest!

 

This is Shae, a recent mother with 11 puppies! She came into our home about two years ago. She is the sweetest dog ever, and has a great personality.

Kia is Cheri and Angela's dog. She is also Shae's sister. She loves to run in our fields with her sister and get all wet!
